Security plans to provide fool proof security to housing complexes

Kolkata, 9 January : With a view to minimising the security threats from strangers in modern residential complexes,a Bengaluru based start up Community Management Solution company here today announced its plans to make deep forays into major cities in Eastern India to provide mobile based fool proof security cover to over 800,000 homes in the region by next year.

Announcing his plans and explaining the simple modus operandi of the entire programmes, a former helicopter pilot in the Indian Air Force and a Security Expert, Vijay Arisetty,Managing Director of ‘My Gate’, the start up company, informed here this afternoon that after taking care of the security threats in over 1’5 million houses across the country including those in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru,NCR Region,Pune,Chennai and Hyderabad during the past four years,they had now decided to make forays into Eastern India to provide a comprehensive security cover to over 800,000 homes in various housing complexes at a nominal charge of only Rs 20 per home per month.

‘Though we have decided to start our programme in and around Kolkata, soon we would fan out to other cities like Bhubaneswar,Patna, Ranchi, Cuttack and Guwahati and even Siliguri to cover more houses’, he said.

Stating that currently the MY gate security apparatus could only be installed in those multi storied residential complexes which were surround by boundary walls and had a number of security personnel as gate keepers, Arisetty said each of them would be provided with an android mobile for exclusive purposes.

Under the system each apartment complex would have My Gate solution in about a week without any prior investment in terms of hardware, Arisetty explained further and said My Gate was a mobile App based system with a fool proof configuration to enhance the security of every household to the maximum through a two way communication system with the gate man.

Asked about the possibility of introducing similar security system for senior citizens in individual buildings which do not have any security personnel or gate keeper but wanted to have a similar security system to get a better peace of mind, Arisetty said they were presently engaged in developing a similar security system for such customers and hoped to get a positive result within a year or two.
