The second moon mission Chandrayaan 2 seeking to discover uncharted lunar South Pole by landing a rover took offon board its most powerful from Sriharikota today, a week after the lift-off was aborted due to a technical snag. The mission was launched at 2.44 pm which was rescheduled after the scientists corrected the glitch in the rocket.
